I can't figure out the control panel?

I don't see a "help" forum so I'm assuming this is where this would go? Correct me if I'm wrong though

I can't find the setting for changing the site skin. I clicked the link on this thread and I still don't see any options for changing the site skin. Help?

EDIT I found the profile stuff immediately after posting this so I took it out. Perhaps I am just blind

Oh woops, I found out that the site skin is also responsible for the layout, and I have some custom alterations to the layout that I don't want to lose (for example the 'BBcode help' button on the editor is actually from the skin). I'll have to make different skins manually and I haven't gotten to it yet ^^; I guess the forum software removes the option entirely if there's only 1 skin available, but that link in the skin thread is where it would be.

So yeah, I could add custom skins BUT it would take away some site features, so I need to make variations of this current skin.
