This thread is for cataloguing the judgement calls that staff is making on user uploads after the 2.7 policy update. Staff asked users to send in feedback tickets to inquire if their art would need to be removed to follow the new policy. Since these feedback tickets are private between the staff and user, we will only know what exactly the staff thinks breaks this new policy update if users publicly post their ticket responses.

I'm going to host small-res versions of the banned images in this thread behind spoilers, or link to a more stable gallery upload (e621 / inkbunny) if available. If you don't want to see pokemon/digimon/feral porn, don't open the links.

This thread isn't meant to only catalogue the most ridiculous contradictory examples, I'm cataloguing everything I can find.

The FurAffinity journal I made where I found most of these users.

Some highlights since I just have too much to say right now that it would be a fucking mess

Minors may not be fetishized. Minors younger than 13 may not be depicted as pregnant.

- Minors involved in SFW or non-sexualized interests, such as vore and transformation, are allowed.

What Pokémon and Digimon cannot be in sexual content without being aged up?
While we cannot present an exhaustive list of thousands of characters, common canonical inclusions would be “baby Pokémon” such as Pichu, Mime Jr., Riolu, and Smoochum, other Pokémon such as Cubchoo, Cubone, Torchic, Ralts, Eevee, and Gothita, and Digmon such as Agumon, Impmon, Gatomon, and Veemon as these characters have childlike proportions or look like adolescent humans or animals.

What does aged up mean?
We are not concerned with whether or not a character is emotionally mature, a certain level, or evolved. The physical proportions of the character would need to be altered. It is not enough to change the size of a character. Scaling a character up or down doesn’t change its proportions. Making an adult smaller doesn’t create a child and making a child bigger doesn’t create an adult. If the character has no difference from birth to elder, you will have to draw them non-canon for them to be acceptable in sexual situations.

Chibi depicts short and cute characters with oversized heads. The chibi style is often used in media when characters are acting silly or out of character

7. How do you judge proportions?
Generally speaking, as characters age, their proportions change. For humanoid characters, we compare to the proportions of humans and for feral animals we look to their earth counterparts or similar for fictional species.

For this ticket, this mod came up with this random qualifier that if the characters "don't appear to be receiving gratification" and are in fetishistic art, then it's fine. What? If they were in distress while sucking toes would that be fine? I have to assume that toe-sucking is not fetishistic or nsfw according to FA because there isn't a genital involved

Here's the proportion comparison image made by OP. The drawing on the left was the one considered "childlike", but Midna was fine. OP is pointing out here that the proportions are nearly identical. Staff does not comment on this nor explain what makes one more childlike than the other.

I actually truly believe the staff just Did Not Read the part about the potential NSFW art for this character in the future, and are actually just saying "THIS SPECIFIC IMAGE is sfw, so it's fine!". And then the part about shortstack adult characters is a copy-pasted response or something. Like I really have no idea what kind of diagram you can make that says gatomon is childlike but this character isn't. Is it the eyes???

Fur Affinity Staff: Poochyena looks like an adolescent animal. If you wish to draw this Pokemon in sexual situations, then you would need to change its proportions so that it appears like an adult.

I was told that 14 out of the 16 images I submitted were fine, nothing explicit that I submitted was banned. The two that were NOT okay, apparently, would've been fine if they were rated general, but because I had the intent of them being NSFW as opposed to "cartoon fun for the whole family", and the staff deemed the characters child-coded, they need to be deleted before the 1st.

Furaffinity user Swinging compiled the list of removed links (thank you). The following is the above journal, edited to include Swinging's links and content warnings in grey text. This response is unique because of the images found to be in violation of the current policy. (The current 2.7 policy is that cub porn is not allowed, while the 2.7 *update* is the part specifically about pokemon/digimon characters. The 2.7 update does not go into effect until July 1st.)

"Hello there. Apologies for the delay.

These submissions are in violation of our 2.7 policy and will need to be removed. Please remove them as soon as possible to avoid them being reported and action taken against your account.

The 4 removed pieces (first group) are still viewable on their discord server, the second group of 3 pieces are still on FA.

This is a short written work about Kirlia having their breasts expanded and milked against their will. In the work, the Kirlia are not described as having childlike bodies, only "little", but their parent refers to them as "a child that has done so much for our family".
They could be referring to them as being a literal child, but they could also mean they are "their" child.

FurAffinity user Narse was told that dozens of their submissions must be taken down

Most of these pieces are of Stitch the alien (from Lilo & Stitch), Digimon including Impmon, Veemon, Agumon, Gomamon, Greymon, Guilmon, and Gabumon, and some Pokemon including the Totodile, Charmander and Bulbasaur evolution lines. The art depicts the characters as on-model to their source material, and typically engaging in anal sex. I included a few randomly picked pieces under the spoiler.

i will not even bother to argue their response. they're clear on their goal. i had presented them with art of shikka as well as my kobolds, and apparently those passed so... -shrug-

All the removed pieces depict muscular pregnant masculine furry men being aroused or having sex. The characters mention their cubs kicking and/or are drawn with bumps on their belly representing the kicks. There is no internal view of the cub in any of the drawings. It is seriously just that.
