It is okay. According to the rules I am making up in my head it is telling me you won't be in trouble because you have a "Doctor's Note". On the tiers of acceptability/accountability I would say they are as follows in order of how severe/impactful they are to me:

"I Am Busy"

One of the members of the peanut gallery and such (Ben from the discord call) said that "evil wolf guy" is starting to bleed over. To make things clear, to clear up any doubts or worries that the userbase might have, do not worry: I will keep the darkness inside. Sigh. And that will apply to my administration / moderation duty as well. This might not make sense to the other members of the forum but that's just another one of my crosses to bear.
